New Year message from Kleanthis Savva Group

On behalf of everyone at Kleanthis Savva Group, we should like to wish you a very happy 2010.   

With the Christmas festivities now behind us, Kleanthis Savva Group is looking forward to another new and exciting year.  There isn’t anyone who hasn’t been affected by the global recession over the last 18 months and we can’t pretend that the reverberations haven’t been felt to some extent by Kleanthis Savva Group.  We are, though, firmly optimistic about 2010 and determined not to let the temporary economic downturn undermine the company’s long terms goals.  

Our plans for 2010 are already taking shape.  We are now delivering our Tremithousa Gardens project and rolling out Eleni Gardens in Kissonerga, which is due to be completed by March.  In Limassol, we are currently working towards delivery in April of both our delightful Erimi Gardens development and our innovative Kleanthis Savva Plaza complex.

Other plans include extending our overseas agent network, developing recently established links with the newly-emerging Iranian market and expanding our operations across the Russian-speaking countries.  As always, we will continue to maintain and build on the consistent and very special relationship we particularly enjoy with the UK.
