GENERAL STRUCTURE & SPECIFICATIONS

- Building frames erected with reinforced concrete

- Earthquake resistant reinforced concrete design

- Walls constructed with hollow clay bricks of 20cm thickness for external walls and 10cm for internal walls

- Roofing insulated with first class water insulation material (Bitumen)

Exterior Finish

External walls are plastered and finished with cement spritz or acrylic grafiato (dependant upon project specifications).

Internal Finish

All internal walls are plastered and finished with emulsion paint.

Ceilings

Decorated with acrylic plaster and emulsion paint.

Kitchen Decor

Beech or oak wood finish units; high quality ceramic tile splash back and fitted granite work surfaces.

Floors

Choice of high quality ceramic tiles throughout.

Windows

Improved aluminium profile (MU3000 or MU3200) double glazing throughout.

Doors

Internal doors and wardrobe units of semi-solid oak or beech; main entrance door of solid oak or beech wood.

Sanitary Fittings

All fittings are imported from Europe. High quality porcelain for basins and toilets – chrome plated taps and accessories.

Electrical Supply

A complete electrical system is installed with separate fuse box for each property. Power, TV and telephone points are provided for all main rooms. Lighting provided to all rooms.

Heating

Provision is made for installation of air conditioning units or provision for central heating. Solar panels and immersion heater fitted. Water pressure system installed.

Drainage

A complete sewerage system and septic tank are provided for all properties.

Parking

Private access for all properties and a tiled hard standing of approximately 5x3m.

Garden

Boundary walls with grafiato finish. Top soil OR chippings provided to finish garden area.

1. Any finishes can be upgraded on your request. All the upgrades can be made with the approval of our Construction Manager. A variety of finishes can be found at our Homecenter.
