Wide choice and flexibility

Kleanthis Savva Developers takes pride in what it builds and pays attention to every detail, including the design.  We also like to be flexible and have evolved a wide choice of ready-to-go villa designs (exhibited on the right) so we can accommodate your needs, from bungalows to villas and from 2 to 4 bedrooms.  Or, if you prefer, to design your whole home to your own personal specifications, with any number of bedrooms, then custom build is the answer for you.

Some of our standard designs can accommodate a downstairs bedroom, if this is required, whilst other designs allow for the possibility of a tiled roof garden, somewhere to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. With the addition of a barbeque this can create a perfect area  for outdoor entertaining at its best, or you could place an outdoor spa on the roof terrace and take in the warm scented night air with a glass of wine in your hand looking heavenwards to the romantic starlit night sky!

Our innovative designs range from a simple attractive bungalow, to an L-shaped villa with tiled roof verandas, to ultra modern minimalist villas.  Some of our designs have a more traditional style stone relief to the walls – all have character and all are finished to the highest standards.  The size of the plot and geography of the land will have some influence on your choice.
