Our activities in the land and property development field date back to 1994, where we first began as a small family business in the Paphos area in Cyprus. Advancing with the competitive era in order to meet customer needs and demands, Kleanthis Savva Developers Ltd was founded in 1997 having as its core axis the commitment to provide its customers quality in all aspects of the development of its properties.

Being a customer-driven organisation, we are now expanding on our excellent reputation, by increasing our product and services portfolio and offering to our customer the best possible value for money. Today, the Kleanthis Savva Group is well established in the property market, comprising of six companies that explore and take advantage of all the knowledge and expertise we have acquired and having as our main target, customer satisfaction. These companies are Kleanthis Savva Developers, Keanthis Savva Home Center, Kleanthis Savva Maintenance and Services, Kleanthis Savva Investment, Kleanthis Savva Rental & Commercial Properties and Avillion Holiday Apartments.
