On behalf of everyone at Kleanthis Savva Developers, I should like to wish you a very happy and prosperous 2009. As everyone knows, 2008 will be remembered as the year the bottom fell out of global financial markets causing widespread economic mayhem. 

The full impact of this upheaval has yet to be felt as the threat of recession looms in many hitherto robust economies.  It will come as no surprise to anyone that the property development industry has been increasingly affected by these seismic changes, with signs of a progressive slowdown increasingly evident over the last few months.  It is likely that there isn’t anyone who hasn’t been touched, one way or another, by these events.

Last year, though, we at Kleanthis Savva Group met our targets despite the economic downturn, and our business plan for the coming 12 months  is  solid.  In 2009, our company fully intends to match, if not exceed, the success it achieved in 2008.

We will continue to deliver high quality products to the same high standard of customer care, just as we always have done.  We will not compromise on quality or the trust people have in our company, and, looking to the longer term, we are planning on delivering a first class property service well into the future.
