Another Successful Year at Kleanthis Savva

I am pleased to report that Kleanthis Savva has had yet another successful year. In 2007, our company launched some 30 new developments across the Paphos and Limassol regions, many of which sold out very quickly. These projects offered a variety of spacious villa designs, stylish townhouses and modern, innovative apartments. In fact, something for everyone. That is, I believe, the real measure of our success – that we live up to our promise to give people what they want – the opportunity to buy comfortable living at attractive prices, in desirable locations and to quality standards.

Success, though, is not only about project launches. Our people are very important to us, and we believe they make an invaluable contribution by their professionalism and commitment, both those who have been with us for a number of years and the many who joined us in 2007. We are very proud of them.

This year has seen us branching out into the Limassol area, and next year we plan to build homes in the Polis, Latchi and Argaka areas. We shall also be opening a Sales Office in Polis, with a dedicated operations team. We will publish more information on this as our plans evolve. Suffice to say our properties there will bear the same hallmark – comfortable living in prime locations. And with a standard 3 year guarantee for our clients’ peace of mind.
