Interhome – Moscow exhibition – 19-22 March 2008. FIRST STAND, INFRONT OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE, IN HALL 1.

In 2006 the volume of European real estate purchased by Russians increased by 700% in comparison to 2005 where it equaled €3.4 billion. It is an interesting fact that the majority of real estate abroad buyers were middle class. In 2006 more than 50% of all real estate transactions added up to a value of € 300,000, 35% of deals came to € 300,000 - 700,000 and 15% amounted to over € 700,000.

The Interhome exhibition was launched to target this growth market in Russia. The show is held twice a year; in March alongside MITT Moscow, Russia’s leading travel & tourism event with over 120,000 visitors expected, and in October in conjunction with Otdykh Leisure Moscow which is the biggest autumn travel & tourism event in Russia. Visitors utilise the parallel events as a meeting point for international real estate, tourism and travel with the motive of combining their needs to travel and the desire to own property abroad. You can find us in the first stand, infront of the main entrance, in Hall 1.
