We at Kleanthis Savva Developers are continually looking to improve our company by listening to our customers requests. In order to achieve this end, and in response to customer demand, we will soon be expanding into the Polis and Latchi area, part of the larger Paphos district.

Our aim is to open a sales office in that area and to purchase land to enable us develop our exclusive villa, bungalow, townhouse and apartment designs there.

Polis is a very popular destination, on the northern edge of Akamas Peninsula. The area is renowned for its sparking turquoise sea and great snorkeling. The planned Paphos to Polis highway will aid to easier access to this area and the proposed golf course will add to its popularity.
