Kleanthis Savva will be attending the Foreign Real Estate Showroom in St Petersburg on 9-11 November 2007.  The company now has an office in Moscow, where earlier in the year it attended an exhibition.  Kleanthis Savva recognises the importance of the St Petersburg market and the Foreign Real Estate Showroom is part of its continuing its expansion in Russia.

According to Sacha Appleton, PR & Marketing Overseas, “Russia is a very important market and although St Petersburg is new to us, we see it becoming a key market for us.  It is a beautiful city, steeped in history which has its own character, different again from Moscow”. Cyprus is increasing in popularity as a destination for Russians.  Last year, nearly 115,000 Russians visited the island and so far this year, it looks like this will continue to grow significantly, as will those buying dream homes or investments here.
